The Mandatory Vet Care Warranty went into effect on November 1, 2002. The fee is $5.00 per pet/per stay and covers illness or injury that may occur while pets are in our care. We will cover up to a maximum of $500.00 of veterinary services per pet if needed. Not covered under this warranty are pre-existing health conditions, injuries or two pets in the same room at the owners request that injure each other.

| 10% discount on Boarding Rate Only for all Human Seniors over age 62 |
| 15% discount on Boarding Rate Only for 2 pets sharing the same room |
| 20% discount on Boarding Rate Only for 3 pets sharing the same room |
| (The total of all discounts listed above cannot exceed 20%) |
We offer a 25% discount on Boarding Rate Only for pets that are with us 30 days or more
CHECK OUT TIME is 12:00 Noon unless your pet is receiving a bath on the day of departure. Late check outs will be charged for an additional night of boarding.
